Shopify Integration

Connect your Shopify store to sync products, orders, and enable AI-powered product recommendations in conversations.

Setup steps​

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify
  2. Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com)
  3. Click Connect — you'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize
  4. Grant the required permissions and confirm

What gets synced​

Products​

  • All active products are synced with title, description, price, images, and variants
  • Products are embedded for AI semantic search — your agent can recommend products based on natural language queries
  • Sync runs automatically when products are created, updated, or deleted via Shopify webhooks

Orders​

  • Order data is available for lookup via AI agent API tools
  • Customers can ask "where is my order?" and the agent can check status

Coupons​

  • Active discount codes are synced so your AI agent can mention promotions during conversations

AI product recommendations​

Once products are synced, your AI agent can:

  • Search products semantically ("I'm looking for a blue cotton shirt under $50")
  • Show product cards with name, price, and buy link
  • Mention active coupons automatically

Troubleshooting​

Products not syncing​

  • Verify the Shopify access token hasn't been revoked
  • Check that products are Active (draft products are not synced)
  • Trigger a manual re-sync from Settings > Integrations > Shopify > Re-sync
