Messenger Integration

Connect your Facebook Page to receive and reply to Messenger conversations from SuperWaba.

Prerequisites​

  • A Facebook Page for your business
  • Admin access to the Page

Setup steps​

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Messenger
  2. Click Connect Messenger
  3. Sign in with Facebook and grant permissions
  4. Select the Facebook Page to connect
  5. SuperWaba subscribes to the page's messaging webhook automatically

Human Agent — 7-day messaging window​

Messenger also enforces a 24-hour messaging window. SuperWaba supports the Human Agent tag to extend it to 7 days.

The toggle works the same way as Instagram Human Agent — enable it in the chat input area when replying to messages older than 24 hours.

The Human Agent permission must be approved via Meta App Review. See the Instagram permissions guide for screencast instructions — the same process applies to Messenger.

Multiple pages​

You can connect multiple Facebook Pages. Each page appears as a separate Messenger integration in your settings.
