Live Chat Widget
Add a chat widget to your website so visitors can chat with your AI agent or team in real-time.
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Live Chat
- Click Create Widget
- Customize the widget appearance (colors, position, greeting)
- Copy the embed code

Customization
| Setting | Description |

| Position | Bottom-left or bottom-right |
| Greeting message | Message shown when widget opens |
| Agent name | Name displayed in the chat header |

AI Agent support
Assign an AI agent to your Live Chat widget — it will auto-respond to visitor messages just like on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Conversations
Live Chat conversations appear in your unified inbox alongside WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger conversations.
