Organize your conversations with labels and filter to find what you need.

Labels

Create custom labels to categorize conversations:

  • Sales lead — potential customers
  • Support — technical help requests
  • VIP — high-priority customers
  • Follow-up — needs action later

Adding labels

  1. Open a conversation
  2. Click the label icon in the conversation header
  3. Select or create a label

Filters

Filter the inbox by:

  • Channel — WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Live Chat
  • Status — Open, Closed, AI handling, Escalated
  • Assignee — Specific team member or unassigned
  • Label — Any applied label
  • Date range — Conversations within a time period
