Quick Start
Get SuperWaba running in 5 minutes.
1. Create your account
Sign up at app.superwaba.com using your email or Google account.
2. Create an organization
After signing up, create your first organization. This is your workspace where all integrations, agents, and conversations live.
3. Connect a channel
Connect at least one messaging channel:
- WhatsApp — Connect via WhatsApp Business API (guide)
- Instagram — Connect your Instagram Business account (guide)
- Messenger — Connect your Facebook Page (guide)
- Live Chat — Add a chat widget to your website (guide)
4. Set up an AI Agent
- Go to AI Agents in the sidebar
- Click Create Agent
- Give it a name and system prompt (e.g., "You are a helpful customer support agent for [Your Company]")
- Assign it to your connected channel
- Add knowledge by uploading your FAQ, product pages, or website URLs
- Enable the agent
5. Test it
Send a message to your connected channel from a customer's perspective. Your AI agent will respond based on the knowledge you provided.
