Organizations
Organizations are the top-level workspace in SuperWaba. Each organization has its own integrations, agents, contacts, and conversations.
Creating an organization
- Click the organization picker in the sidebar
- Click Create Organization
- Enter the organization name and optional details
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, settings, integrations, team management |
| Admin | Manage integrations, agents, and team members |
| Agent | Access inbox, reply to conversations |
Switching organizations
If you're a member of multiple organizations, use the organization picker in the sidebar to switch between them.
Team members
Invite team members from Settings > Team. Each member gets a role assigned that controls their access level.
