Organizations

Organizations are the top-level workspace in SuperWaba. Each organization has its own integrations, agents, contacts, and conversations.

Creating an organization

  1. Click the organization picker in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Organization
  3. Enter the organization name and optional details

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access — billing, settings, integrations, team management
AdminManage integrations, agents, and team members
AgentAccess inbox, reply to conversations

Switching organizations

If you're a member of multiple organizations, use the organization picker in the sidebar to switch between them.

Team members

Invite team members from Settings > Team. Each member gets a role assigned that controls their access level.
