How AI uses products
When a customer asks about products, the AI agent:
- Searches the catalog using semantic similarity (not just keywords)
- Returns the top matching products with price and buy link
- Mentions active coupons if available
Manual sync
Trigger a re-sync from Settings > Integrations > Shopify/WooCommerce > Re-sync.
