Broadcast Messages

Send bulk messages to your WhatsApp contacts using approved message templates.

Creating a broadcast​

  1. Go to Campaigns > Broadcast
  2. Click New Broadcast
  3. Select a message template
  4. Choose recipients (all contacts, specific labels, or custom selection)
  5. Schedule or send immediately

Requirements​

  • Messages must use an approved WhatsApp message template
  • Templates must be approved by Meta before use
  • Contacts must have opted in to receive messages

Delivery tracking​

Track broadcast delivery status:

  • Sent — Message delivered to WhatsApp
  • Delivered — Received by the customer's device
  • Read — Customer opened the message
  • Failed — Delivery failed (invalid number, blocked, etc.)
